RBC Capital Markets seeks a Vice President, Global Investment Banking in New York, NY to perform transaction execution and prepare marketing and internal committee approval materials for clients within the technology and media sectors. Lead and coordinate due diligence for mergers and acquisition equity transactions and perform financial modeling, valuation analysis, and manage client relationships. Analyze the technology and media industry environment and clients' areas of competitive advantage, growth trends, and potential operational risks to provide financial, strategic and transactional advice to both companies and investors. Requires a Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, and 2 years of experience advising technology and media clients on public equity capital raises.
