Portfolio Manager- Project Finance
POSITION SUMMARY
Portfolio management and monitoring of the transactions in the Project Finance portfolio, Asset and Capital Structuring and/or Securitization teams.
This includes: Preparation of reports analyzing the status, performance and developments of each asset in the portfolio.
Processing of amendments, waivers and any other related tasks for the transactions in the portfolio.
Maintain an updated portfolio with all the necessary information, such as outstanding balances, rates, sponsors, etc.
Handle ad-hoc request from Risk department and audit matters (internal and external) as required by the needs of the bank.
Conduct and document complex financial analysis on the projects status.
Evaluate and monitor the risk characteristics of a portfolio of Asset Backed Securities. Work with Front Office to develop additional quantitative and analytical tools to enhance the portfolio management.
Processing internally and interacting with Risk, Front Office Waivers and Amendment requests of the portfolio according to the banks procedures.
Contribute to all formal reports and processes (internal ratings, recommendation lists, watch lists, etc.) that enable the efficient and transparent oversight of the asset class
POSITION DUTIESProvide full support to other Team Members as required.
Deputize for Department Manager as required.
Manage internal and external customer relationships to the highest level.
Manage and respond to ad-hoc complex portfolio requests.
Manage waivers and amendment requests of their portfolio
Prepare detailed, complex, periodic reports (internal reviews/credit ratings) for submission to Credit Risk Committee.
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Quantitative skills/knowledge of financial modelling and experience of reviewing legal contracts Significant experience of managing and dealing with complex analytical requests.
At least 5-7 years experience working in a commercial bank with project portfolios - Sponsors in the Renewable Market Industry (Conventional Power, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure).
Experience or working with and supporting all levels of Team Members up to and including Managing Director.
Proficient in working in a multi-cultural environment,Skilled in analyzing a portfolio of diversified asset classes
Microsoft Office suite
